We have considered this for a long time now.
How many Expats go overseas looking for a quieter, stress free life?
We are two of those expats but now looking to get away from it all.
We have considered the many challenging issues Island life presents such as:
- finding the ‘right’ Island
- logistics
- provision of food and water
- medical care
- initial financial outlay
- finances , taxes, the governing countries regulations
- communication
- energy generation
- the numerous skills required
- the number of people and getting on with each other
- keeping active and preventing boredom
- daily life
- language
- expectations
- dying there!
And the list goes on, but………….its all achievable and all possible.
With enough people to give this dream momentum we could do it.
